Hi, I’m Jamie. My promises started on January 1, 2011 after I visited Lake Austin Spa Resort. …because I made a promise to myself. I was so inspired by taking care of myself at the spa I decided not to shop for 365 days and invest in my head, heart, body & soul instead. And I did it. I did not purchase clothes or shoes or other frivolous things (things I love mind you) for an entire year and wrote about it every single day. It changed my life, forever.
